big bummer...have order into Datek for AGIL @ 53 since this morning - they filled 2/3 asap but i can't get the last 1/3 filled - the price even dropped below 53 today - called and first guy on the phone said ASK is 53 now you should be getting it - transferred me to trading desk who gave me the talking to about how its NASDAQ and MM's don't have to fill the order even if ASK is below my limit order, etc. - at the time he said ASK was 53 1/8 so i asked him to cancel my order and buy it for me with no extra commission charge - he said no way - so i'm sitting here waiting for my order to complete - hope this means the stock is hot! <bg> Connor26
