Hi Mike, we is N.W. Capital, or our subsidiary, Meridian Resource Ventures, who holds our 7.5% interest in Bacon Island. If successful, it could be a good launching point for a public vehicle. As for Module, I don't know how the board has voted. Typically, the board recommends an item to the shareholders for vote at the annual meeting. But I voted against the rollback, the board, change of auditors, the whole ball of wax. As for the president, I'd be happy to have a friendly face on the Company's board.
