They have changed the USRX Web site again at:

x2.usr.com

It now says:

ATTENTION!
Due to the overwhelming response to the availability of our Line Test,
we are in the process of adding additional phone lines. You may
currently experience a busy signal or message stating that your call
did not go through. This is a temporary situation, and we are working
to remedy it as quickly as possible.

You may also dial our BBS at (847) 982-5092 and follow the directions
below to perform the Line Test.

I called this BBS number and got my line test. Results are below.
Could not get RapidComm Fax/Terminal to work, so used terminal program
in my Windows 3.1 system. It is an old 3.1 so the pop-up box would
only let me connect at 19.2. The funny stuff in the last large
box is actually bar graphs that show up nicely in the Windows editor.

x2 is possible on this connection, but you are likely to
experience reduced performance.

Since line conditions can change from call to call, we recommend
that you make several calls to this test system to ensure an
accurate diagnosis. If you have multiple phone lines available
for use, we recommend that you try calling this system from each
line.

Performance degradation is typically caused by noise in your
local phone lines.

It's important to remember that telephone network configurations
can change, so your chances of making high-speed connections may
improve over time.
