You are probably right. It is VERY frustrating as a customer and they will be giving me a refund for the unused portion. I spoke with them today and would have done it but they said their billing system was down. Prodigy is just horrible from top to bottom right now. It is too bad, I tried them for 30 days free and was happy and went for a year prepaid. I gotta get out of Prodigy, can't get on from 7pm to midnight is extremely unacceptable.
