I don't know about any takeover, but there has been a lot of insider buying. I've just been playing NM by buying when it gets hammered, then selling when it goes up and stalls. (I actually bought some at 5.875, sold 3 months later at 9.625) If it's any consolation, I think it will go up at some point to at least 10, and possibly 20 or 30.
