However the Republicans in Texas are against hate crime legislation so by not enacting hate crime legislation Texas Republican legislature has deemed that hate crimes do not exist. So legally this is not a hate crime in Texas. Of course in reality this is nothing but a hate crime. It is a shame that things like this happen. Erase Hate, Dennis
