Groome, Groome Capital Advisory was American Brands' trojan horse who was illegally elected to Gravis' Board of Directors on July 29, 1996 by Bary Fraser of McCarthy Tetrault pursuant to a false and fraudulent Form of Proxy, Information Circular and illegally-held AGM itself, in addition to fraudulent misrepresentation and concealment and ultimately a pending class action in re: Conspiracy.
