There was an interview with John Chambers who was named the best boss in America. All I can say is that listening to him was an inspiration. I didn't think there were people like him left, a true Horatio Alger. Its not about money but a vision he has, and a vision many of us who have been into the development of the internet share with him. Our world has become very jaded, but sometimes one does hit upon someone of great prominence who does not forget all those who help to make the achievement a reality and do see a better world that they can help to create. I hope you got to see the interview. His vision, through Cisco, is all that the majority of telcos have failed to see. All the best, Michael
