Well here is the first small PP we were expecting. Border Capital to raise $1-million privately Border Capital Corp BOPShares issued 21,267,2211999-09-15 close $0.69Thursday Sep 16 1999Mr. Michael Holley reports Border Capital has arranged an interim private placement of 1,818,181 units at 55 cents for total proceeds of $1-million. Each unit will consist of one common share and one common share purchase warrant, exercisable for a period of two years, entitling the holder to purchase an additional share for 80 cents during the first year, or $1 if exercised during the second year. The proposed transaction is subject to regulatory approval. The proceeds of this interim private placement are required to secure certain payments totalling $450,000 (U.S.) due under the July 29, 1999, extension agreement with BingoNet, Inc. Border has engaged underwriters to raise additional financing needed to complete the business plans more particularly set forth in its July 30, 1999, filing statement.
