I will confirm--they have until several months into next year. Hopefully they will still be proactive and beat the deadline significantly.

Patience--I talked to Jim today. The website is being reviewed again in a few days and they are thinking next week may very well be the week it is made accessable.

For those inclined to play the pennies short term, I think this is probably an excellent time.
