The 10K (with Management Discussion) for FY99 is now available.

biz.yahoo.com

It is interesting to note that "The Company's current lender has elected to extend its credit facility through February 26, 2001,..."

By reading completely through the discussion, I see that the "Loan and Security Agreement" was extended to Feb 26, 2001, just a couple of weeks ago on September 1,1999.

The filing also says it's a $25 million line of credit and that SCCO had NOT accessed ANY of the credit as of June 30, 1999.
"There were no borrowings under the Loan and Security Agreement as of June 30, 1999."

Quite interesting!
