Nobody likes bad news, but i think the BoD does have a fiduciary to protect my investment and yours. The thing that will get the co. in trouble w/ VSE or Securities Commission is covering up!! Remember, the old BoD didn't invest any $$ in the co and issued stock options to themselves as if it were toilet paper. I mean, c'mon. The Dentist getting 170K cheap options, Frenchy's lil boy getting 135K. For what!! Managing the value of the stock down from $9 - $10 to $0.45. Don't know about you, but the new finance guy sounds tough. I like him. I think the institutions will like him too.
