This stock has been down 8 out of the last 9 weeks and is today exactly 1/2 of where it was 9 weeks ago. Yet, during that time, 4 pieces of very good news came out that should have moved the stock higher, but hasn't:

1. Intel investment (announced the day the decline started)
2. Deal with Yahoo (rallied for about an hour)
3. New carriers added (same thing)
4. Private placement completed with floor of $20.34 on the stock.

I've never seen anything like this. Everytime it rallies, they knock it back down with less than 10,000 shares. There is some news missing from this picture. I don't know what it is, but I'm sure we'll find out eventually.

$18 seems to be an insurmountable hurdle. Does anyone have any idea what's going on?
