Re: A bad rap with whom? A bad rap with anyone within Intel - and I'm certain there are some - who put their credibility on the line by claiming that a Rambus only strategy was the way to go. Now they may be looking like fools. It may have given AMD a huge opportunity that otherwise wouldn't have existed. If AMD is able to return to profitability - and become more serious competition for Intel - because rambus delays leave Coppermine unable to fill orders for high end PCs, you can bet that there will be people at Intel who won't want to give Rambus any additional support, if not actively work against it.
