I also must admit that ZIGO is not one of the stocks I follow really closely. I note that another metrology company, ADEX (which I almost bought a couple weeks ago but didn't), has also made a strong move based on a recovery in the wafer sector. Perhaps ZIGO also has some business in that sector. If so, that would also help to explain why their sales dropped as much as they did. Strength in AFM is as good an explanation as I have, though.
