I don't know, but they did keep Xyplex's East coast facilities after the merger. Yes, all that remains is for MRVC to make even part of all this happen. The new products all look good, and IMO only one has to be very successful for their EPS to go up very significantly. Of all the products, Red-C looks like the biggest shoo-in to me. And we still don't know the details of the Zuma product(s).
