Minority Control at 8-10% is possible because not all 100% vote, have you? And if you do, do you pick the boards recommendation onoy? The ability to call board meetings and place nominations and so on is why most US companies are controlled by a mere 10% group. I am, Truly yours, -Crystal Ball P.S.
