Ok, here is more substance:

              MASK     PLAB      MASK+PLAB
EPS This Yr    1.25     .44         .63          
EPS Next Yr    1.68     .97        1.15

This is assuming that PLAB ends up issuing .9 shares for each share of MASK. This doesn't take into account any price increases from decreases in competition or any reductions in combined R&D, management, or sales. Thus PLAB should do even better than this. All in all this is a sweet deal for PLAB.
