I am not sure what we are voting on!

Did everyone vote?
Did everyone recieve their voting cards?
I have shares in 2 different accounts but I only recieved a vote card from 1 account.

Proposal #4...... (to allow management to enter into private placements that may result in the issuance of up to
20 million shares of the corporation in the current year).
Apparently the Alberta stock exchange requires shareholder approval if a company wants to issue shares greater than 25% of the presently outstanding shares.

***Is this 20 million MORE shares or is this an approval of the private placement that the company is presently undertaking?
***If this is an approval of the private placement which is underway now (and it is defeated).....will the company go broke?
***If it is an additional 20 million shares, then I would vote'against' it.

I am worried that this proposal must be passed to approve the private placement which was begun last month.
Someone knows this and thinks that the proposal could be defeated. The same person could drive the stock price down thereby forcing the company to raise money in some other fashion.

Anybody have any info?
Does anybody know if I can vote "at the meeting" or do I have to do it by phone or mail prior to the meeting?

Help

Gary.
