Might have something to do with Bateman buying in. I thought Bateman was supposed to make an investment in this Co., like a 25% ownership or whatever, or buy some stock for that position. Can anyone going to meeting on the 20th please clarify this situation. This is starting to look like an investment into this company at the expense of the shareholders for the insider's gain. Bateman is a hell of lot more enthused about EMR's technology than EMR is and they are showing it. I get the feeling these propeller heads would rather keep on sitting back at their desks and have a nice easy cushy job collecting big wages, rather than going out there and marketing - installing and making money. But there's nothin we can do about this. We just buy into another bill of goods. Let's see what these guys are up to. Publicly funded co.'s are accountable to someone right? - denis
