Oh boy, you sure sound frustrated. Well, can't say I blame you; I know the feeling all too well. I don't know the details of what's going on but I did check with the VSE and was told that the halt is not connected to the delinquent filer. CoB is my guess but it's only a guess. As for shaking out loose shares, looks like that happened in the two weeks prior to the halt. The 80k at $0.90 seem to have disappeared which is roughly equal to the volume during that time period. FWIW
