This seems like old news to me. It was discussed at the last quarters CC as in the cards. INVX is a new company and it will take 6 months for the transisiton to be complete although the lead wire business change is occuring faster then forecast. AFLX was in the process of moving businesss to Thailand when it was acquired and had not completed its Thailand operation and INVX said it would take another 5 million to complete it. But the market hates uncertainity and until the pathway is clear this stock will suffer but it does provide a good buying oppurtunity if you think the Flex company will be successful. Rich
