PMS Witch, Thanks for the compliment but i don't know much about pricing on options. That is why i am always posting "taxman" for options information and trying to digest his response. I do think the bottom line is to be able to guess the direction of the stock itself instead of looking at the options. Once you get a good feel for the stock, buy the options if you have the risk tolerance. I have been very fortunate---I usually make up for stupid trades in other stocks with great ones in Microsoft options. Having a lot of fun today.
