I hear ya Mingo... I too bought in 1997 when it was being touted.

Anyway, I was in DNFL and sold it at a break-even point and was glad to get out of it. The the legal hassles began with MDCE and caught us all off-gard. I don't understand why they are doing business with DNFL either? Was it part of a legal settlement that seems likely. The press release was a lousy one. It did not disclose who they sold to or got the stock from. Did MDCE get 2.5 million shares of DNFL or what. That was a horrible piece of news.

I personally doubt< I could be wrong> they are working on filing with the SEC. Once a company is in the process of filing they cannot or better said SHOULD not release NEWS. To do so forces the company to start the filing process all over again. There is a review period as well they have to go through. The filing process takes a lot of time and to release news and be forced to refile all over again seems counter productive and costly; in my opinion.
