I disagree with your: >>NV and AZ state employees are clearly out of bounds by acting like investment advisors.<< I think it shows "cojones" and wish other Mining Depts. in N.America could grow some. The promoters and hypsters and some silly mining analysts caused the melt-down of DELGF and popular song "Busang Blues" in my humble opinion. Wow, ethical state employees vs. greedy investment advisors--it's almost unbelievable since Cartaway, Timbuktu, etc. <grin>.
