Skip Paul: RE: SprintPCS is going through growth pains. They have very inexperienced employees. However the system is working very smoothly.

Not where I am.

Greater Atlanta area results in dropped calls and VERY spotty service. I specifically asked if my Q phone &PCS would work in a number of areas where I would be traveling (Boston/Cambridge, Nantucket, Princeton, Greensboro, and Chattanooga). I was assured every area was already being served.

I had the SAME experience (poor service or NO service) in every area when traveling. Haven't even had much luck on the interstates.

Yes, when I connect and don't get dropped, the calls are clear and I think PCS is great.

Still, consistent, dependable service seems to be a long way off!

A disgruntled PCS customer

BTW Forgive the rant. Just thought some Q investors might want to hear a bit more about PCS from a customer's viewpoint.
