BEAM < A division of Nestle rumored to grab them rather than develop own laser.> That is B.S. I do know this field, and that is what I do for living. There are no Nestle divisions involved in lasers, nor medical products. watch out. I think BEAM's founder and past president is still in hiding in Costa Rica!!
