Just as gary so oft points out there are still 20 million authorized shares that could conceivable be issued for whatever reason...dilution was of course what killed the stock last year via the trading losses of 7 million shares. IMO the market is waiting for the SEC registration, and the fully audited results/ once this happens and there is proof positive no additional shares have been issued IMO this is a green light for the much anticipated increase in share price. If on the other hand there have been additional shares issued while all the while we have been told the contrary watch out sub 25 cents here we go....
