Nate I agree: a new, optional course:" creation of the world, the theories and myths behind it".

I would make it part of a course in philosophy. Europeans offer that in grade 9; it is a 4 year course; you get to learn every cockeyed belief. Thus when Carl and the gravediggers (try) to tell them that they came from slime our kids won't bat an eye,

then we should teach all theories of creation of the world in literature since not of them have been proven facts. i agree, it's place is not in a science text
book. i think there should be a new required course. creation of the world, the theories and myths behind it. would you agree??
