Its only a dog depending on where you bought in at. If you bought in the upper 30's I can understand how you feel this is a dog but if you waited until just in the last week or so to buy here in the low 20's it could turn out to be a guy's best friend kind of dog! What I have learned in the past is to buy the out of favor sectors when everyone is calling them dogs, dead money, junk, etc. Last year this time it was the Semi. conductor sector that had blood running through out the streets anyone who bought then has seen a wonderful in the last 11 months. The entire financial sector has been hit hard over the last few months. When worries over rising rates clears up and trading vol. returns to normal these "dogs" will begin to run again. Until then good luck and happy trading.
