"Can anyone tell me if there is anyone on the management team who may be seen as a liability by the market?"
Can't absolutely rule it out ... after all, we are dealing in perceptions in assessing such a question.
However, I have no reason to believe that anyone in the management of TSIS (or on the Board, for that matter) is a convicted swindler, or a registered child-offender, or a known adverse entity (like that "Hacksaw" guy who ran Sunbeam until about a year ago).
There is, of course, the issue of the ill-advised trading losses which occurred during the FY ended 7/31/98 ... and which were fully disclosed in that year's audit ... but which will still show up in the company's footnotes for another year or two. I'm sure that some investors have concerns about those, as did those of us who were invested in the company at the time.
I think the question of lack of spring in the stock price lies elsewhere, and I hope to have time this weekend to put together my thoughts on the subject. (No, no, no -- it's all pretty benign, if my hunch is correct.)
