...when do people start using portals for office productivity? i say in two to three years ... that gives my guys plenty of time to respond. Yes, this is the crux of the issue. SUNW's advantage is that they're not trying to sustain a king-kong multiple from software alone in the days when software is becoming more free all the time. SUNW's disadvantage is that they're not really a software company and need to set up an infrastructure to support real volume during that two year period. This is why they're looking at a brilliant strategic position coupled with a daunting execution challenge. The stakes are big. I'm betting against your guys <g>. --QS
