shorting like a swing trade would work very well.. like shorting on the 'down side of the cup' in a cup and saucer formation. that would take preparation but it would be worth it. I think I use my shortie shorts in the place of my intraday options plays that I've almost given up completely. Its much easier to cover a short than it is to sell a put or call intraday. Sometimes while waiting around to see what to do with a stock I already own like POWI, VERT or CYTC that really isn't very volatile after entry, shorting fills the empty time. But I'll be more careful and try for the 'solid shorts'.. Just that some of those 'super-overpriced' stocks like RHAT are like waving a red flag in front of a bull.
