Auric - Had you attended the annual meeting, you could have posted the Company's stated need for additional equity to develop eMC and NextExchange straight out of Art Bacci's mouth - after all he said it very explicitly there (a fact posted on all major message boards repeatedly since). Fred said that, if they do it right, the names of the investors will transcend any concerns regarding dilution. Bacci also pointed out, BTW, that 50.4% of a $55 Million market cap (Gomez as of 9/1) is better than 100% of a $1.5 Million market cap (ATG's original investment in Gomez before the private placement and recapitalization). Which is to say dilution is not always a bad thing, especially if the $$$ brought in is used to create value, as it will with the RG PP.

If one of the 2 largest investment banks in the US invested $100 Million in ATG in exchange for 10 Million shares of common, you would tell us what a horrible nightmare all that dilution is, and the stock would probably double in price on the news that Goldie or someone similar put that kind of jack into the company.

Thanks for printing the S-3 - remind me to post some Microsoft S-3's someday. They read very similarly. LOL.
