maf, you are right on with your 'feeling' on DTOX! i was a little premature(approx. one week or so)with my guesstimate on their filing. this time the filing should be done and on edgar by wednesday or friday at the latest. it certainly has been nice averaging down all the way to 7/16. this company (stock) shall certainly payoff handsomely by november. just wait; you shall be pleasantly surprised! keep the faith and keep buying - i certainly have. good luck and talk to you soon. peace/out lacsap
