That's certainly an interesting "well" (as opposed to "play") to keep an eye on.

Of course there's rumours floating around as to who some of the partners will be. There's obviously some "loose ends" to clean up before anything will be said publicly.

BTW, as another aside, I talked to a friend today who is "dusting off" an old California play of his. He wants to take advantage of the current "fever" to try and raise the financing necessary to get another well drilled on his play. Kinda reminds one of the early '80s and the rush by Canadian companies to get burned in the Austin Chalk Play, Texas. Yikes !!! Lord help us Canucks !!!

Have a pleasant weekend.

P.S.-- BKP's IR is apparently still saying they'll drill out the shoe some time tomorrow. With the top of the Temblor prognosed at ~13,860' he estimates a couple of days of drilling to get to the zone. I wonder if they'll trip for the bit like they did at ELH #1R. My guess is yes. Anyway, I'm still going with my other source who has, at least to this point, been much more accurate in his timing projections. He still claims that they'll not drill out the shoe till Monday !! I guess time will tell, not that a couple of days matters to a long term investor.
