Personally I take analysts 're-iterated upgrades' to mean that:

I've just had my monthly liquid lunch with the company's top brass and

1. either everything is going right according to plan OR
2. great un-expected things are happening e.g. new products qualed, but since I can't tell you about it because that's insider's info, I'll just do a 're-iterated upgrade' with the same 'ole same 'ole reasons as last time.
3. I believe that the 1 year target may be much higher, but in the interest of moving 'product', I'll do 3 $10 upgrades at 3 different times and not one $30 upgrade at one time. If I'm right about the company, I'll get 3 'sales'. If I'm wrong, I won't look too rediculous.
