I agree it is a valid point that you summarized in you last post. I think the international distribution will not be a problem and that Watson is picking up the heat in the U.S. because they are the competition here so far. This is advantageous to GUMM right now only to the extent that the problem could get solved before their ANDA is approved. Your point that it might not be is well-taken. Time will tell and in the meantime their suit's point of contention is not an issue with international distribution. It was discussed on the Yahoo thread.
