Hall Train Entertainment Inc. ('HTRN') Announces Plans To Acquire
"Themed Technological Innovations Corporation"

Toronto, Ontario--Sept. 15, 1999
Hall Train Entertainment Inc. (HTRN) is pleased to announce that
it has entered into an "arm's length" agreement for the
acquisition of Themed Technological Innovations Corporation
(TTI), a development stage company specializing in the design and
development of Location Based Entertainment (LBE) Centres. The
agreement outlines the proposed purchase of TTI by way of a
formal take-over with TTI becoming a subsidiary of HTRN.

TTI will provide their expertise in the development and operation
of LBE Centres and other attraction-related industries including
travelling exhibits. To date HTRN has been a contractor for such
shows as, "Jurassic Park:The Lost World" plus earlier dinosaur
exhibits, and is now making the transition to that of an
exhibitor. This will significantly increase HTRN's scope. In
keeping with this change, HTRN is in the process of planning the
"The Nunavut Travelling Exhibit" for a scheduled launch next
year.

Matt Bossio, President & CEO, stated that this acquisition
represents a new dimension for HTRN, and will be further
developed along with plans to expand their interest within the
LBE and Attraction Industries, through acquisitions, mergers and
joint-ventured partnerships.

TTI intends to develop "state-of-the-art" Location Based
Entertainment Centres designed to appeal to a wide range of
demographic and consumer spending groups, through the utilization
of proprietary technologies, designs and developed bands. Each
LBE Centre can generate substantial revenues, depending on the
size, location and complexity of each site.

TTI plans to open its first two LBE Centres in Toronto, one of
which will be located in the downtown core. As each location is
established TTI anticipates making further announcements.

The completion of this Agreement is subject to Regulatory
approval.

Hall Train Entertainment Inc. is an award winning entertainment
and communications company that develops and produces a diverse
line of products including design, concept development, live and
dimensional animation, fabrication, special effects, interactive
media and film production.
