G, what do you think of Merrill's view on IBM?

International Business Machines (IBM) 125 5/8 -4 3/8: Merrill Lynch analyst Steve Milunovich making some comments about the PC maker, saying he expects the hardware division to show weaker revenue growth than previously expected, he lowers his estimate for the hardware division's revenue growth from 6% to 4%; however he sees revenues in the service division to be better than expected and will compensate for weakness in the hardware division; he's comfortable with the consensus estimate for the quarter of $0.90.....

Does this mean anything for the storage group? Is it a further errosion of IBM market share to Dell and others?

Regards,

Mark
