Heinz, IBM must reinstate the old pension plan or face IRS penalties and DOL age discrimination inquiry. Well IBM tried to rob their own employee pension plan and leave it bare bone. They succeeded to rob most of the surpluses. Just to give you an example of WS morality they shaved IBM by over $10 billion in market cap for reinstating the old balanced pension plan system. (ML reports was just an excuse, the facts were out for over a month) Watch all the tech companies who were or are engaged in similar gimicks down or slow advance. BWDIK Haim
