>>carl, i have never owned AMD stock..I remember when it was $3 many years ago...& i never bt it..too bad... my favorite stocks have been listed on my profile for a long time...one is ADIC..the infamous stock that I bet paul engle would out perform INTC...it's impossible to ever get a straigh answer out of paul on a subject he could lose on....paul declined the "bet nature" of this when ADIC was 13 7/8 pre split last year...ADIC has gone up like a rocket since then & will go higher, especially over the next 2 weeks i predict(they are pricing a seconday next week and crossroads, a fiber channel company they have stake in, is going public,...the other stock on profile is LTUS has only doubled over 3 years (they do have good food), DURA which is down from my avg buy price of ~$16 and Harmonic which has done incredibly well...rising from $30 at their seconday to ~$133..up from $6 late last year... sounds like i don't have as much money as paul, from what the thread tells me, but ah well...money isn't a concern/worry for me
