Bob. I think you are on the right track. I talked with the company
VP today. He says the company stands by it's statement of 3/24/97. As
to why they haven't moved ahead with their plans, his response makes
sense to me. "With the present decrease in stock pricing, (and this
includes the total market) we are hesitant to make any promises until
we can get our stock price back to at least 5 or 6." He insists the
company is in no trouble and this is still the result of certain holders having to deal with margin calls. This is plausable. I would
also like to point out that we all knew the stock was speculative when
we bought it. Now that there is a hitch "in the get-along" everyone who previously thought they were going to get rich wants to run out.
Sometimes you have to fight fire with fire. So, I bought another block
today. The price is so small, that if the company goes belly up, I haven't lost much. Has anybody considered that if something was seriously wrong with the company and it's original performance the SEC
would have already been down on them. You can bet your bitty that they
are watching this one. This is not the time for the faint of heart to
be speculating about what is wrong. I still say buy, buy and buy more.
