hmm.. interesting, gladman. I am just the opposite. I think it's a lot quicker to flip through a catalog and see what I like, particularly with clothes, including colors, size etc., than to try to do this with my plain old 56k modem- just too darn slow. And I have never been afraid to talk to CS people to place an order, read them my cust # from the label on the catalog, and there I am in their dbase. I have always been happy with the order timeliness, etc with catalog orders. No improvement on that, imo, with the internet. To each their own, I guess! Victor
