Well Pose, I suppose anything can happen, but we all hear what we want to hear.

So, you attended a road show designed to raise money for HTP, and heard some negative thoughts from someone about a direct competitor (ELK) for investors money...mmmmmm.

I remember the first talk of lawsuits in January, but nothing yet...it's September.
