Good luck on the thread Margie.

We have bought furniture, freezers, and fridges from Leons. Salespeople are paid comissions on what they sell (at least they did when I bought stuff). I remember one day we needed a chest freezer, and Leons had one on sale $50 less than Sears. I told the Leons salesguy that the Sears freezer had more insulation. The guy picked up the phone, dialed a number, and started asking some questions. Then he handed me the phone and said "ask how much insulation the Sears freezer has". Damned if it wasn't the same amount as the Leons one.

Leons delivered the freezer free up 3 flights of stairs to our apartment. On the way up, they scratched the side slightly. The delivery guy immediately phoned Leons and they told me if I still wanted it scratched they would take off $20. I accepted the offer and they set the freezer up but warned me not to plug it in for 2 hours to allow the oil to drain back in the compressor.

I still have that freezer, through 4 moves and a lot of miles. I bought it over 20 years ago.
