Captain,

I hear what you're saying but to buy them a company would either need to use cash or stomach holding onto the NIC and modem products for 24 months. If you use pooling you can't sell off these businesses for 2 years. COMS portfolio makes a buyout problematic....one reason they've sat for so long.
