I don't understand why Web Street has not been able to deal the problem of your initial cash balance following a split fill on a thousand share order or more of a NASDAQ stock indicating $14.95 being assessed against your profit or added to your loss. You would think the computer could be programmed to recognize an order of a thousand shares or more and charge the account correctly. I realize that Web Street usually catches up with the discrepancy in the balance and corrects it but it is still annoying to have to stay aware of this to make sure it is corrected.
