Mike - This was reported at the analyst meeting. As a New Yorker, I assumes this means you were there? (i.e. did you actually hear him say it will be immediately accretive, or is 3 or 4 degrees of separation?) I think the handset division margins have been padded by ASICS for some time. They hinted at that in the last earnings CC, so it is certainly possible. I would hope that they weren't doing it, because it is misleading, either to us or to themselves or both, but I guess that is water over the dam. Clark
