Thanks Stephen, Your comment about the lack of money to prove copyrights on their property suggest it is not likely they will actually become a filing company. Wishing to do so and actually following through are two different things. It is expensive to file with the SEC, it is not cheap nor free. Therefore, it is doubtful they will become a filing company and well be forced to trade on the electronic pink sheets. At least that is the way it appears at this point and time. Dusty
